Scalp Fungal Infection

or

Ringworm

Ringworm(tinea capitis),it's not a bug, it's actually a scalp fungal infection.

This condition is contagious.

It is mainly caught from animals or by someone else who has it, or items that have come in contact with the area affected.

Called-Scalp Fungal Infection,Ringworm or Tinea Capitis

This condition does resemble other scalp problems so never assume what it is or isn't.

The treatment for it is quite simple and effective. The hard thing is ensure you sterilise everything that may have touched the area because it is contagious.

The area of the condition has not only a scaly/powdery look but also quite often has breakage of the area that is affected.

There are plenty other conditions that can cause breakage so don't panic quite yet.

Please seek a diagnosis if you suspect this condition.
